Hope all is well. Would you be interested in taking a look at my space I have for lease at 615 1/2 Hudson Street in the West Village / Meatpacking? The space is vented with ~1600 sf on the ground and a full basement.... the previous tenant was Bespoke Kitchen. As well, I have another property located on 142 Sullivan Street in SOHO.
